Our return policy is to insure your satisfaction. If you require a replacement due to damage simply return the item with a note on the packing slip about the problem and your desired resolution. We'll immediately ship a replacement and credit you for your shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item or, if you do not desire a replacement we will credit your account the full amount of your purchase price plus return shipping costs - no questions asked. Please include your phone number on the packing slip or note. Undamaged goods must be returned within three days of receipt.
