Our mission is to share knowledge, family-friendly information, and respect for nature
through our books and through our web sites. Our authors and contributors will all have
one thing in common, a passion for the vocation, subject or hobby that they write about.
Our privacy policy is
very simple:
We will never share or sell any information about any customer, ever.
Our return policy is to insure your
satisfaction. If you require a replacement due to damage simply return the item with a
note on the packing slip about the problem and your desired resolution. We'll immediately
ship a replacement and credit you for your shipping costs upon receipt of the returned
item or, if you do not desire a replacement we will credit your account the full amount of
your purchase price plus return shipping costs - no questions asked. Please include your
phone number on the packing slip or note. Undamaged goods must be returned within three
days of receipt.
